I'm not experiencing slow patch loading (maybe 1/2 a second on complex patches) I also tend to use Mashcine as the host on my tracks rather than using Komplete kontrol because it doesn't show AU's on the mac side for some bizarre reason (COME ON NI - Get your act together) i found it gets me to where i want to be much faster than before. This lets you easily setup things the way you want. Also with NKS it exposes the common parameters you normally want to tweak in many of the presets. it really opened up my sound pallet and let me not spend all day hunting around for the right patches. 3rd party companies have started to make add-on xml preset files for popular plugins like serum and others that don't support the standard.įreelance sound labs is one company expanding the use of NKS. These are the official system requirements: When everything else runs, it is supprising that UI works so slow. As someone mentioned above I can also use the keyboard to scroll through sounds at around 4 a second.On my other computer Win10/I5 it is running slow as well.

Preview is available instantly standalone and in cubase (and cubase is super inefficient on macs!), full load in maximum 2 seconds, Gui works fine at all times. Omnisphere data on external ssd, so not super fast storage. It sounds like an issue with your machine.
